Actually, this looks like Leon Janssen 's ' miracle fly ' Yellow Sally . In his book he describes this pattern as a fly that imitates many different hatching insects. He looks like several small Baetis mayflies, the watery pale duns . But it also can do for small olives. It will do great from spring until the end of summer. Especially sizes # 14 and # 16 do well.
